Job Summary
- Our client is looking to fill the Head of Sales position who will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business expansion and achieve sales targets.
- This role requires a leader with technical expertise, market acumen, and exceptional business management skills to effectively manage and convert a robust pipeline of prospects.
- The Head of Sales will work cross-functionally with departments and stakeholders to deliver compelling sales presentations and build strategic business relationships that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth and profitability through targeted sales strategies.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee an efficient pipeline for timely lead conversion.
- Executive Engagement: Engage C-level executives with tailored presentations.
- Market Insights: Provide feedback on trends to refine commercial strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with partners and internal teams to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales (Master's/ certifications a plus)
- 5-7 years experience in sales, including 3+ years in leadership.
- Proven record in meeting/ exceeding revenue targets.
- Skilled in handling sales pipelines and C-level relationships.
- Experienced with cross-functional teams; CRM and forecasting tools preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 monthly.
