Job Title: Baker

Job Summary

• We seek to hire an experienced bread baker who is knowledgeable about the baking process from dough mixing to monitoring dough rising period and baking it to perfection.

Job Duties

• Properly operate all bakery equipment including Mixer, Moulder, dough divider and Oven.
• Incharge of mixing well-formed dough.
• Check dough during the rising period to ensure optimal fermentation and texture.
• Monitor the baking process closely, ensuring that the bread is baked correctly at the right temperature and for the recommended duration.
• Safely remove baked bread from the oven at the appropriate time.
• Ensure that all equipment (oven, mixer, scale, moulder) and work areas are kept clean and sanitized.
• Adhere to all hygiene and safety protocols to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Must be able to organize and lead bakery assistants to achieve results.

Requirements

• SSCE / OND
• Proven experience as a Bread Maker or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of baking techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently..
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Salary
N50,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
