Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Abuja

Job Description

• The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
• This role involves managing the reception area, handling inquiries, and providing a welcoming environment for clients and staff.

Expectations

• Greet visitors and answer phone calls courteously.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring a professional appearance.
• Handle inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate department.
• Maintain and manage appointment schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field; additional administrative training preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.

Professional Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and appointment scheduling software.
• Customer service orientation and professionalism.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
