Job Description

  • The Customer Support Executive provides exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • This role is pivotal in maintaining positive client relationships and company reputation.

Expectations

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels.
  • Resolve complaints and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Document interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer support role.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
