Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Summary

• As our HR Manager, you will be leading our human resources function within our consulting firm. This role will be instrumental in developing HR strategies that align with our business goals, enhancing employee engagement, and managing talent acquisition and development. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong understanding of the unique challenges faced in consulting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that reflect the consulting industry’s best practices.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for various consulting roles.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and address workforce planning needs and talent gaps.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career progression.

Requirements

• BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and HR certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years, in a consulting firm or other industry.
• Experience in leading cultural change and employee engagement initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and best practices in talent management.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
