Job Title: Head Of Finance and Accounts

Overview

• Oversee all financial activities, ensuring the efficient use of company resources to achieve profitability while aligning with strategic business goals.
• This role involves supervising accounting operations, managing financial planning, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving key financial strategies.
• The successful candidate will have experience in financial leadership and will play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial health and direction.

Requirements

• Education: BSc / BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACA/ACCA certification required; MSc/MBA or additional relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior finance role, with a proven track record of managing financial operations.

Skills:

• Expertise in cash flow management, financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
• Strong knowledge of standard accounting software and data analysis.
• Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
• Leadership ability with a focus on team development and high integrity.

Salary
N500,000 - N850,000 / month.
