We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Abuja

Job Description

• The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring they align with the company’s goals.
• This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws.

Expectations:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s mission.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
• Oversee performance reviews and assist in career development plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR management or related roles.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM) preferred.

Professional Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in HR software and data analysis.
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. 

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 / month.
