Job Description

• The Senior Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, andtroubleshooting electrical systems, ensuring their safe and reliable operation.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain a wide range of electrical systems and equipment, including power distribution systems, lighting systems, control systems, and instrumentation.
• Perform complex electrical troubleshooting, diagnose faults, and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
• Conduct electrical testing and commissioning activities to verify the functionality and safety of electrical installations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electrical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and maintenance records.
• Supervise and provide guidance to junior technicians, ensuring adherence to safe work practices and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 8 years of experience as an electrical technician in the engineering industry, with a proven track record of installing and maintaining electrical systems.
• Industrial electrical certifications (e.g., IECEx, CompEx) are required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N250,000 / Month.
