Job Title: Sales Team Lead

Requirements

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the IT & Telecom sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and aligning solutions.
• 3 years proven experience in sales, ideally within Telecom.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
