We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Specialist

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organisation's ICT systems, including websites, hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Ensure the security of the organisation’s ICT systems by implementing appropriate measures and protocols.
• Manage data backup and recovery procedures to safeguard organisational data.
• Develop and implement ICT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Assist in setting up and troubleshooting network connectivity issues, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi connections.
• Maintain an inventory of all ICT tools, including laptops and phones.
• Facilitate the procurement of IT equipment and software licenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the ICT field and make recommendations for technological improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the IT industry.
