Job Overview

• We are looking for meticulous Internal Control Officers to join our pharmaceutical company.
• In this role, you will be responsible for receiving stamps and managing accounting processes, ensuring all records are accurate and compliant.
• You will double-check all transactions and processes, utilizing tally software to maintain financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage stamps for documentation and processing.
• Oversee and account for all processing steps to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct thorough double-checks on financial transactions and records to identify discrepancies.
• Utilize Tally software to maintain accurate accounting records and monitor financial data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Prepare reports on findings and recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in internal control or accounting roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Proficiency in Tally software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within teams.
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks and regulatory compliance is a plus.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
