We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Description
  • Own one or a portfolio of service products and manage them within high-value segments to improve product penetration performance and achieve market share goals.
  • Product Managers act as product champions and evangelists, assessing and understanding trends, market demand, market conditions in order to identify the most viable opportunities for profitable revenue growth.
  • The Position will work closely with other cross functional teams to gather information and execute a vision that nurtures existing Customers, attracts new Customers, and retains existing Customers.
  • The successful candidate will support the development and enablement of our customer facing and client engagement teams.
  • The Product Manager will lead the development and implementation of Product/Market/Program positioning strategies and cover key policy/decision areas of branding, pricing, product roadmap development, delivery capabilities,competitive intelligence and competitors benchmarking.
  • They will oversee brand and promotional plans to ensure that assigned product lines are aggressively promoted using key industry visibility opportunities like events & sponsorships.
Qualification
  • University Degree or equivalent.
  • Higher degree would be an advantage.
  • 7-10+ years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to use planning and analytics tools will be a great advantage.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and decision making skills with ability to effectively communicate with senior managers; emphasis on written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Ability to think both tactically and strategically with an ability to think end to end through the Customers' experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and building project plans and presentations.
