Job Overview

• Oversee daily production activities in garment manufacturing, ensuring that production targets are met with high quality and efficiency.
• This role involves garment construction, managing people, materials and processes to drive consistent, high-quality outputs in a way that aligns with the company’s quality standards and operational goals.

Requirements

• A Degree in Fashion and Textile or related field
• Minimum of 3 years in in a production management role within the garment manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in pattern drafting and garment construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary and Benefits

• N180,000 - N200,000 monthly.
