Job Description

• We are looking for a facility management officer to manage our Botanical Garden & Relaxation spot, ensuring that all facilities are functioning properly.
• Making sure that company properties are being used appropriately and well maintained.

Responsibilities

• Coordination and maintenance of the electrical and other technical aspects of the garde and buildings
• Managing an organization’s property portfolio.
• Conducts complete detailed inspections of estates and prepares a complete report on each inspection
• Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments
• Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meethealth and safety standards
• Inspecting garden, buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in facility management, estate management or other related fields from a reputable University.
• A Male will be preferable.
• Must have had 2-7 years of experience working with a facility company as a facility officer.
• Should reside around Ikeja and its environs.
