Job Summary

• We are seeking to hire an experienced Transport Equipment Foreman to lead and oversee the maintenance and repair of mobile heavy-duty equipment used both in construction and on-road.
• The foreman will also lead a team of three mechanics, ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a fleet of heavy-duty transport equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues on construction and road vehicles.
• Oversee and guide a team of mechanics, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality repair standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, schedules, and safety compliance.
• Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and comply with safety regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years in heavy-duty transport equipment maintenance, with experience in brands like Mercedes Actros, AROCS, VW, HOWO, and XCMG.
• Proven experience managing a maintenance team.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
