Job Title: Notching Machine Operator

Location: Odogunnyan Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge in Fabrication processes/ Techniques, manufacturing of Transmission Tower Line and General fabrication work.
• Good knowledge to read & interpret fabrication drawings/shop sketch.
• Technical knowledge of Notching machine and Accessories with Its functions.
• Knowledge of different type of notching operation with reference to shop drawing.
• Knowledge of Marking & measuring instrument.
• Knowledge of Blade clearance setting as per the thickness of material.
• Knowledge of general maintenance, check point and cleaning work of machine.
• Able to do work-piece setup on machine as per notching requirement & making of Jigs & Fixtures for mass production.
• Good practice on maintains good House Keeping in surrounding area including 5S concept.
• Good knowledge about equipment Safety and other safety rules with Its effectiveness.
