• As an Asset Management Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse materials, tracking inventory usage, and ensuring efficient management of assets to support project needs.
• This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with construction materials to maintain accurate records, prevent stock shortages, and support budgeting efforts.
• You will collaborate closely with the finance department, providing regular reports on inventory levels, material usage, and cost implications to help optimize resource allocation and ensure that asset management aligns with project goals and financial targets.
