Due to expansion, they are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the schedules and communications of key executives. This includes answering phones, taking messages, and routing calls
• Make travel arrangements for executives
• Organize documents and reports, and prepare them for meetings
• Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system
• May handle simple bookkeeping tasks
• Act as a point of contact between executives clients and staff
• Maintains and refines internal company processes

Requirements

• BSc in Business Administration or any other related course
• Minimum of 3 years in Executive administration or any other related roles
• Good time management skills
• Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Word and Excel, is important
• Good communication skills both verbal and non-verbal, be technology-savvy and be great at multitasking
