Description
- Our client is seeking a diligent and results-driven Recovery Officer to manage and recover outstanding/past-due loans, ensuring minimal loss to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Tracking of all customers’ accounts to identify outstanding or past-due loans
- Strategize on course of action to recover due and unpaid loans
- Locate and contact debtors to ensure prompt payment of loans.
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
- Handling all loan recovery-related questions or complaints
Qualifications
- Minimum of a BSc / HND.
- 2-3 years of experience.
Salary
N120,000 - N130,000 monthly.
