Associates Consulting Limited - Our client is a fast-growing Indigenous upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas group with interests in oil and gas exploration and production, gas processing, petrochemical/fertilizer production, and power.

They are currently expanding on some critical projects around the country, and they are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Layout and Piping Design Engineer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Oil and Gas / Petrochemicals
Reports to: Mechanical Design Manager

Responsibilities 

• Knowledge and understanding of Plant Layout, GAD, P&ID. Isometric Drawing, Piping & ASTM Codes and standards.
• Hands-on expertise in the review of 3D Models utilizing Navisworks, P& ID, isometric and pipe support.
• Knowledge on stress analysis using Caesar II with thorough knowledge of relevant international codes and standards is an added advantage.
• Issue project piping flexibility specification and critical line list.
• Prepare the piping BOQ and support the construction team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Requirements / Skill-sets

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Years of experience as a Layout and Piping Design Engineer
• Should be skilled in AutoCAD and Navisworks
