DCSL Corporate Services Limited is a private limited liability company that provides company secretarial, governance, immigration and training services to diverse governmental, corporate and individual clients across several business sectors in Nigeria. We operate from our Head Office in Lagos, with operational branches in Abuja and Port Harcourt.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Director (Healthcare / NGO)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Lead and evolve the strategic, programmatic, financial, and operational leadership of the organisation.
  • Ensure the organisation is a trusted partner working in close partnership with government agencies, other NGOs, multilaterals, philanthropic partners, the private sector, and local institutions to mobilize resources and achieve measurable outcomes in improving maternal health in lasting ways.
  • Identify prospective funding channels, devise robust fundraising strategies, and orchestrate compelling campaigns to fuel our mission-driven endeavours.
  • Recruit, retain and mentor a dynamic and high-performing leadership team and promote constructive dialogue and collaboration among people and across organisational structures to work toward new possibilities.
  • Identify and mitigate organisational risks while actively seeking opportunities for expansion and innovation.
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organisation, representing our mission and values at public events, conferences, and media engagements.
  • Ensure operational compliance with regulatory requirements and legal standards, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.

Job Requirements

  • Master's Degree in a relevant field such as Public health, Global health, Financing or International development.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the non-profit sector, preferably in the field of health research and programs; multidisciplinary expertise, with a particular emphasis on health-related domains.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and initiatives, including donor-funded programs.
  • Knowledge of global health issues and familiarity with international development frameworks and best practices.
  • Strong background in business development, underscored by a demonstrable ability to craft and implement effective fundraising strategies.
