Job Summary

• The Personnel Sourcing Officer for domestic workers is responsible for sourcing, vetting, and managing qualified candidates for domestic roles such as housekeepers, nannies, drivers, and other household staff.
• The role involves identifying reliable candidates, ensuring they meet the required skillset, and coordinating their placement with clients.
• Strong networking, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of client needs in domestic staffing.
• Identify potential candidates for various domestic worker roles through local outreach.
• Build and maintain a pool of qualified domestic workers such as housekeepers, nannies, cooks, and drivers for current and future needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment or placement of domestic workers or similar roles.
• Strong network within communities or recruitment channels for domestic staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
