Job Title: Training Center Administrator

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Program Coordination: Organizing and scheduling training sessions, workshops, and courses.
• Participant Management: Enrolling participants, managing attendance records, and addressing inquiries.
• Resource Management: Overseeing training materials, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are available and in good condition, assist instructors in documentation preparation for courses.
• Communication: Acting as a liaison between trainers, participants, and external stakeholders, providing updates and information.
• Budget Management: Assisting in budget planning and tracking expenses related to training programs.
• Reporting: Preparing reports on training outcomes, participant feedback, and program effectiveness.
• Compliance: Ensuring training programs comply with relevant regulations and organizational standards; ccompliance of the GCTC with labor regulation; compliance with regulations on labor protection, fire safety and health regulations.
• Support: Providing administrative support to trainers and participants as needed.
• Technology Management: Managing online training platforms and tools for virtual learning.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluating training programs and suggesting improvements based on feedback and outcomes. Non-disclosure of information constituting a commercial and trade secret of the GCTC.
