Job Title: Electrical Shift Supervisor - Power & Gas

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We seek an experienced Electrical Shift Supervisor to oversee electrical operations at our gas-based power plant, ensuring efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and commission power generation and distribution networks (min. 10 MW)
• Manage CNG Daughter station and WHRB system operations
• Oversee 33/11KV and 11KV/415V transformers operation and maintenance
• Handle shift operations independently
• Prepare reports (Shift, Daily, Weekly, Incident)
• Handle emergency conditions

Requirements

• Graduation / Post Graduation in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in:
  • Natural Gas fired Power Generation (min. 10 MW)
  • Underground power distribution system (33kv/11kV/415V)
  • CNG daughter station and WHRB system operations
• Knowledge of:
  • Gas-based power plant operation and maintenance
  • Jenbacher engines operation and maintenance (advantage)
  • SCADA System (advantage)
