Job Title: Hotel Supervisor

Location: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations to ensure smooth daily functioning and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and supervise staff, assign duties, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain quality standards across departments, including housekeeping and front desk.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 5 - 10 years proven experience as a Supervisor or Manager in a hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
