We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Female)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintaining organized files, records, and databases
  • Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Providing customer service and responding to inquiries
  • Managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Supporting special projects and events
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
  • Staying up-to-date with office procedures and technology.

Requirements

  • OND qualification
  • 1 - 2 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N70,000 monthly.
