Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Assisting chefs by chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients, as well as assembling dishes.
• Cleaning: Keeping work areas, utensils, and kitchen equipment clean and sanitized, including washing dishes and maintaining food storage areas.
• Stock Management: Assisting in inventory management by restocking supplies and checking for expiration dates.
• Assisting with Cooking: Helping with basic cooking tasks and ensuring dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards.
• Following Safety Protocols: Adhering to health and safety regulations, including food handling procedures.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in a kitchen setting is preferred but not required.
• A commitment to food safety and sanitation practices.

Salary
N70,000 per month.
