Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory role within a culinary or food production environment will be an added advantage, with strong exposure to inventory and stock control
- Proven track record of managing and reducing food wastage and theft.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Familiarity with stock control software and systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
