Job Summary

• We’re looking for a young, vibrant Commis Chef with a passion for cooking and some experience in continental cuisine.
• You’ll support our kitchen team in preparing quality dishes, ensuring a great dining experience for our guests.
• This is a role for someone eager to learn, with an eye for detail and a commitment to high standards of presentation and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Food Preparation: Help in preparing ingredients and basic dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Maintain Quality: Ensure dishes meet presentation and taste standards.
• Keep the Kitchen Clean: Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a hygienic workspace.
• Stock Management: Support with receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies.

Requirements

• Experience: Some previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting, especially with continental cuisine.
• Attributes: Young, healthy, good-looking, and vibrant, with a professional appearance.
• Skills: basic cooking skills, willingness to learn, ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Attitude: Positive, energetic, and open to feedback.
