Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilties
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Support redistribution of stocks for companies distributors
- Take Distributors stock Inventory and advice on redistribution strategy.
- Report on regional sales results
- Forecast quarterly and annual sales
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
- Consult with buying and/or prescribing personnel to gain advice regarding the types of product or services expected to be in demand.
- Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of sales staff and over see their daily activities.
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote product and services working with advertisers and promotion manager.
- Identifying business opportunities in the market place.
