Job Summary

• As our Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic growth and operational efficiency of our company.
• You will oversee and manage various aspects of the business, including financial planning, marketing, sales, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage cash flow and ensure financial stability.
• Oversee accounting, payroll, and tax compliance.
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract students and clients.
• Manage sales teams and oversee sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the aviation industry.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the aviation school and travel agency.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Manage and optimize resource allocation.
• Implement efficient processes and systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's long-term strategic plans.
• Identify growth opportunities and explore new business ventures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business management, preferably in the aviation industry.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, accounting software).

Salary
N250,000 / month.
