We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Assistant

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Supervise responsibilities for different units of the plant operational performance in the area of safety, health and quality.
• Ensure compliance to health and safety policies.
• Supervise activities within the shop floor.
• Coordinate workers assigned for daily task.
• Daily compliance with production schedule.
• Follow up processes at stages of production with the application of food safety rules, HACCP and good housekeeping.
• Packaging and grading product at a normal to fast paced environment.
• Keeping work area clean and organized.
• Adhere to guidelines concerning product quality and safety.
• Provide daily operational report.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• BSC/HND in Engineering and other related field.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Numeracy and computer literacy skills.
• Management skills.
• Strong organization and leadership skills
• Self motivated and efficient problem solver.
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel and Word).
