Job Title: Personal Cook

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cook with at least 1 year of experience in a kitchen setting.
• The ideal candidate will have the ability to prepare, cook, and present food in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards.
• Assist with inventory management and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and workstations.
• Ensure food safety standards are met, including hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery.
• Monitor and control portion sizes to meet cost control guidelines.
• Assist with menu planning and special orders as needed.

Qualifications

• SSCE qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a professional kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
