Job Title: Quality Officer

Location: Sango Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • We are looking to hire an experienced Quality Officer who will be responsible for ensuring that an organization's products, services, or processes meet established quality standards.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems
  • Conducting internal audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with teams to identify and mitigate quality risks
  • Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing corrective actions to address quality issues
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Providing training and guidance on quality procedures
  • Managing documentation and records related to quality
  • Continuously improving the quality management system

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., quality management, engineering)
  • 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Strong understanding of quality principles and methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead teams
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Continuous improvement mindset
