Job Title: Operation Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Reports to: Operations Manager / Director

Job Summary

• We're seeking an experienced Operations Executive to oversee daily operations, ensure efficiency, and drive growth.
• You'll manage teams, optimize processes, and implement strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
• Develop and implement process improvements.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, train, and develop operations teams.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.

Strategy and Planning:

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth.

Performance Monitoring:

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Compliance and Risk:

• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mitigate operational risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations management.
• Proven track record of process improvement and team leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
