Job Summary

• The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Jamara Home retail outlets to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervising Staff: Hiring, training, and managing employees, including scheduling shifts and conducting performance evaluations.
• Customer Service: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and queries, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
• Inventory Management: Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and coordinating with vendors.
• Sales and Promotions: Setting sales targets, developing promotional strategies, and analyzing sales data to optimize performance.
• Financial Management: Managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Admin, Marketing or a related field.
• 7 - 10 years’ experience in managing Retail outlets.
• Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership.
