Job Summary

• We are seeking a passionate and patient-centered Pharmacist to join our team.
• In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the safe and effective medication use for our patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Review and dispense prescriptions, meticulously verifying accuracy and potential drug interactions.
• Provide comprehensive medication counseling, educating patients on proper medication use, side effects, and interactions.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop and implement personalized medication plans.
• Stay informed about new medications and evidence-based practices through continuous learning and professional development.

• Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of the pharmacy.

Requirements and Skills

• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the state board of pharmacy.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ensuring medication safety and efficacy.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
