Job Title: Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing (Team Lead)

Job Summary
- The sales manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- S/he will lead account management efforts for our clients, acting as the main point of contact between the company and clients, while working closely with internal teams to meet client needs effectively.
- Additionally, the ideal candidate will oversee the performance and deliverables of client relations officers, maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and objectives
- Effectively manage all company clients and ensure end to end Account management of clients.
- Manage and expand relationshipwith clients, ensuring high level of customers’ satisfaction.
- Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with services.
- Driving sales growth and follow up with opportunities for cross sales with existing clients.
- Attending meetings with clients to strengthen our business relationship.
- Escalating and resolving issues of concern as raised by clients.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
- Regularly follow up on clients account status, by ensuring client account is up to date and ensure debt recovery.
- Supervise the client relations executive by ensuring that they carry out their duties effectively.
Qualification & Skills
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related discipline
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales, preferably within the telecom industry
- Proven track records of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of telecom product, services and market dynamics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term clients’ relationship
- Strategic thinker with problem solving skills
- Integrity and confidentiality: ability to adhere to high ethical standards in job-related activities.
Salary / Benefits
- Salary Range: N8,000,000 - N11,000,000 annually.
- HMO for spouse and four children under the ages of 18yrs
- Annual Profit Share
- Monthly Airtime Allowance
