Description 

• Our client is seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Retail Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives tailored to the insurance market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the firm's insurance products.
• Plan and manage retail campaigns, both online and offline, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with product teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail marketing, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
