Job Summary

  • We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 1-3 years of experience to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing various architectural projects, ensuring they meet both functional and aesthetic goals.
  • You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to bring designs to life while ensuring compliance with local building codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop architectural designs and concepts for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D renderings using design software.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, translating these into innovative and feasible design solutions.
  • Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP engineers, and other consultants to integrate design elements.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to monitor project progress and ensure quality standards.
  • Prepare documentation for building permits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Keep up to date with architectural trends, building codes, and sustainable design practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
  • 1-3 years of architectural experience, preferably in Nigeria.
  • Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian building codes and construction methods.
  • Excellent visual and spatial awareness with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
