Position Overview
- We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our SME team.
- In this role, you’ll work closely with small and medium-sized enterprises, delivering innovative financial solutions tailored to their needs.
- We’re looking for client-focused professionals who are passionate about empowering businesses, fostering strong client relationships, and driving sustainable growth within the SME sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with SME clients, focusing on enhancing client satisfaction and business growth.
- Identify opportunities to expand client portfolios by providing tailored financial solutions that support their goals.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver top-notch service and meet company objectives.
- Mobilization of funds from individual and corporate clients
Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 5 Years experience in relationship management, particularly within the SME sector in financial Institution.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
