Job Summary
- We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR/Administration and Data Entry Specialist to support our team.
- The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in HR and Admin functions, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Responsibilities
HR Functions:
- Recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy implementation.
- Benefits administration, leave management, and payroll support.
- Training and development coordination.
Admin Functions:
- Office management, supplies, and maintenance.
- Travel arrangements, meetings, and events coordination.
- Document management, filing, and record-keeping.
- Reception duties and visitor management.
Data Entry Functions:
- Accurate data entry, management, and analysis.
- Database maintenance, updates, and backups.
- Report generation and presentation.
- Data-driven insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree / HND in any relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in HR and Admin functions.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- MS Office expertise (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 monthly.
