Job Title: Project Administrator
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Help the project manager by preparing reports, analyzing projects, and helping with presentations.
- Team Management: Organize the project team, assign tasks, and plan meetings.
- Resource Management: Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure the project has the necessary resources.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the team complies with regulations.
- Budget Management: Handle the project budget and ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Documentation: Create and maintain project plans and a project library.
- Risk Management: Track riskandissuelogs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- B.Sc / Hnd in Business Admin or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in project administration or similar role.
