Job Description

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive client acquisition and brand visibility.
• Identify and engage potential clients through various marketing channels.
• Manage and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to understand trends and adapt marketing efforts accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the consulting or HR industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
