Job Title: Accounting Personnel (Female)

Job Summary

• We’re seeking motivated individuals for an important roles in a dynamic, marketplace-based environment.
• The role requires commitment and strong interpersonal skills.
• We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Accounting Personnel to manage inventory and contribute to the smooth operations of the shop.
• This role is perfect for someone with limited formal education (OND qualification is ideal) but a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Accurately manage inventory records and maintain stock levels.
• Actively monitor shop activities and assist with operations beyond inventory.
• Oversee and coordinate with other team members to ensure a seamless workflow.
• Conduct regular stock checks and help to resolve any inventory discrepancies.

Qualifications

• OND or equivalent educational background.
• Sharp attention to detail, with the ability to manage and monitor shop processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a readiness to take initiative and involve oneself in the shop’s daily operations.

Desired Attributes:

• Strong observational skills to quickly pick up on necessary tasks and ensure shop efficiency.
• Proactive and willing to manage and support others in the shop.
• A Female is preferable.
