Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative (Merchandiser) to join our dynamic team.
- This role involves representing Allflavors Supreme Foods Limited in the field, building strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring product availability, and maintaining high standards of in-store merchandising.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive brand visibility and sales growth.
Job Brief
- Product Merchandising: Ensure that Allflavors Supreme Foods products are prominently displayed in assigned retail locations, adhering to company merchandising standards and guidelines.
- Sales and Product Promotion:Actively engage with wholesalers and retail managers and sales teams to promote Allflavors products, ensuring optimal placement and visibility to drive sales.
- Stock Management:Monitor stock levels and sales trends, ensuring that products are always available and restocked promptly. Report any stock issues or shortages to management.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key retail partners and clients. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting:Provide regular feedback and reports on sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends. Track progress against sales targets and work to achieve set goals.
- Brand Representation:Represent the company’s brand and values professionally in all interactions, ensuring that our products are presented in the best possible light.
- Market Intelligence:Gather and report on market insights, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: A high school cert (SSCE)
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or customer-facing roles, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry.
- Sales Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and drive sales.
