Job Title: Maintenance Officer
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities.
- Manage maintenance budget.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Schedule and track maintenance schedules.
- Assist the CEO with various projects, from research and data analysis to follow-up on specific task Identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
Education and Requirements
- A Bachelor Degree or Higher National Diploma in relevant discipline from a reputable educational institution
- Proven experience in the same position
- Excellent organization, attention to details, coordination and collaborative skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills.
