Job Title: System Support Staff

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Ebute Metta, Lagos

Job Summary

• Our client in the IT industry is looking for a young, energetic withexcellent personality to drivetimely resolution to our client’s pain points, ensuring customers satisfaction and improving the experience for our clients and end-users in the service Station.

Responsibilities

• The System Support Engineer is responsible for tasks involving the installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software systems utilized by customers.
• This specialist offers expert services to customers for resolving issues and problems.
• They possess expertise in software solutions and can effectively deliver easy-to-follow instructions to clients and customers.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Computer Science or related field
• 2 - 3 Years work experience in the same capacity
• Thorough understanding of software products and services for clients.
• Proficiency in database management, including the utilization of Structural Query Language scripts for CRUD operations and more.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Word for documentation and reporting, Excel for data analysis, and PowerPoint for presentations.
• Capability to analyse business logic effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships.
• Aptitude for quickly acquiring knowledge about new tools and concepts.
• Proficiency in marketing and idea development.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
