  • Aggressively canvass and obtain new businesses for the company
  • Develop leads for new business and generate weekly leads schedule
  • Aggressive daily salesmanship of all identified prospects
  • Develop new channels of business

Job Summary

  • We're seeking innovative and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to disrupt the industrial cleaning and facility management market. You'll develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and establish our brand as a market leader.

Key Responsibilities
Sales:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and tenders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct site visits, assessments, and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Marketing:

  • Create and implement marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Develop content (blog posts, social media, case studies).
  • Manage digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email marketing).
  • Establish thought leadership through industry events, webinars.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity.

Strategy and Planning:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor sales and marketing teams.
  • Set performance goals, provide coaching and feedback.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 5+ years of sales and marketing experience.
  • Proven track record in industrial cleaning/facility management or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership skills.
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (e.g., OSHA).
  • Certification in sales or marketing (e.g., CSP, CMPP).

Performance Metrics:

  • Revenue growth.
  • Sales pipeline growth.
  • Customer acquisition and retention.
  • Brand awareness and social media engagement.
  • Sales team performance.

Compensation and Benefits
Competitive salary: N250,000 - N500,000 commission structure (N250,000 - N500,000) with total benefits package of (N500,000 - N1,000,000), health insurance etc.
