Job Overview

• We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a retail store in Gwarinpa, for a skilled and proactive Branch Manager.
• The successful candidate will combine marketing and supervisory skills to oversee daily store operations, boost sales, and ensure a positive customer experience. Workdays are Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Manage store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Lead and support staff, setting clear goals to drive team performance
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Maintain an organized and appealing store layout to enhance the shopping experience
• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed
• Track and report on sales metrics, working to meet and exceed targets

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in both supervisory and marketing roles, preferably in retail
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate a team and develop customer-focused marketing initiatives.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
